  I rang this service after speaking with 13 Health and being recommended to see a doctor within 4hrs. It sounded like I was talking to an Indian call centre, very difficult to understand the guy's accent. I wasn't able to answer his questions with enough accuracy as I was ringing on behalf of my mother. I also
  had difficulties with reception and making myself understood, so in the end he hung up on me.

  After waiting nearly 4 hours, three follow-up calls, I finally received a call from the Doctor himself. He explained that he is stuck in Coomera and would not be able to make it? He was the only doctor available apparently. So disappointed with a sick child, I would have gone somewhere else. I phoned the operator back who then confirmed that he would need to cancel the booking. The phone operator was also difficult to understand. Really disappointed in this service, I strongly advise you to try another business. Especially if you have kids.

  Shocking service. Could hardly understand the person who took my call, had to wait ages for the Dr and he was rushing though the consult.

  TERRIBLE service, not worth the call.
  
  I sat and waited for 2 hours for a text message to say when the doctor would be in my area; i didn't actually receive any calls until i called back to cancel.
  
  Within 5 minutes of my cancellation, they had called me back to say they were going to be in the area soon. needless to say, I didn't ask them to stop in and got straight on google to warn everyone else of what a waste of time this service is and how they unorganised they are
