  (+) We dined on a Tuesday with the buffet option (around $28 per person for 1-hour of all-you-can eat from the train). Nice atmosphere.
  (-) The options you get are pretty standard and limited with the buffet option. Everything is doused in in either sauce or mayonnaise so all the dishes just tasted the same. Spring rolls and dumplings definitely shouldn’t be served with sauce all over it.
  Many staff members appeared to struggle with English.

  I visited here last night with my son but I couldn't properly understand the staff who said we have to pay in advance. We just wanted to sit at the train and have a couple of different things. We left and went to our usual place instead. Also, it appears that this business has hijacked the Forest Lake Shopping Centre Google listing which is deceptive and makes you wonder about the ethics (and therefore the food standards) of the business. We have notified Google about this misappropriation of identity and ratings from the main shopping complex listing.

  We visited for lunch special. The staff took us to our seats and the service was excellent. Sushi girl kindly made us sushi, even though it was not on the menu. Sushi was very fresh and she painted a picture of our child when he cried. Also, the lunch special was delicious (10/9) I will visit again!

  Really disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. The curtains leading to the back are filthy. The sushi sign sitting on a plate traveling around the train is grimy and full of dust, do you not clean this every night? It was our first time here and absolutely our last... also agree with the comments on the salt level! $4 for a 300ml coke is also a bit much.

  It was refreshing to see a well priced, well presented sushi restaurant open in Forrest Lake however the hype was short lived. Over the last few months the quality of ingredients and craftsmanship has declined sharply. On our last visit there was numerous items no longer available on their menu (a clear indicator they aren't doing so well). It's a shame really, they started out good.
